Kirkhill Brickworks, Cambuslang, Glasgow. 28/07/1888 – Hamilton Herald – Pit accident. Last Saturday while a miner named James Collington was at work in Kirkhill Colliery, a quantity of clay fell from the roof and injured him severely.
