05/12/1845 – Glasgow Herald – Scottish Central Railway (Alloa Branch) – to make a branch leading from a point near Glenbervie Tileworks to Alloa Ferry and from thence to a point near Tillicoultry, where it is to join the proposed Glasgow and Dundee Junction Railway.
04/02/1847 – Glasgow Courier – Stirlingshire tilework to be let. The tilework on the estate of Glenbervie in the County of Stirling is about 4 miles from Falkirk on the borders of the Carse and within a few yards from the line of the Scottish Central Railway. The work is in good going order, with kiln, drying sheds, and machinery complete. Immediate possession will be given and there is a considerable stock of clay on hand, ready for working. Mr Hunter, overseer at Glenbervie, will show the work to intending offerers. For terms, apply to Messrs. Dundas & CS., 16, St. Andrew Square, Edinburgh.
07/09/1850 – Alloa Advertiser – Scottish Central Railway – … The Alloa branch may be said to terminate at Glenbervie Brick and Tile Works …
1858 – 1861 – ScotlandsPlaces – Blairs Tileworks. Consists of a one storey dwelling house together with a few sheds, the latter being constructed for the manufacture of house and drain tiles. Property of Mrs Anne C. Stirling Glenbervie, Larbert. (Note – SBH – This entry has actually been crossed out by the author).

16/01/1868 – Falkirk Herald – Tilework to let – Blair’s Tilework on the Estate of Glenbervie, near Larbert Station – Particulars are given and offers received at Glenbervie, by Falkirk until 1st February.
13/06/1872 – Falkirk Herald – To let, Blair’s Tilework as occupied by the late John Leggat. Entry immediately. Apply at Glenbervie House by Falkirk. 10/06/1872
