15/06/1843 – Fife Herald – Scotch Bankrupts – Andrew Hosie, Brick and Tile Maker, Drips, in the County of Lanark.
18/06/1843 – The Era – Scotch sequestrations – Andrew Hosie, Kirkhill, Renfrew, brick maker June 27, July 12 at the office of James Gibson, Virginia Street, Glasgow.
29/07/1843 – The Scotsman – Examinations. Andrew Hosie, brick and tile maker at Drips. To be examined in the Sheriff’s Office, Glasgow on 7th August at 12 o’clock.
30/08/1843 – The Scotsman – Creditors of Andrew Hosie, brick and tile maker at Drips meet in the writing chambers of James Gibson, Virginia Street, Glasgow, 13th September at 12 o’clock.
03/12/1844 – Glasgow Courier – To let. The limeworks at Drips and also the clayfield or tilework there. These well known works will be shown by David Leggat, Little Drips, near Busby and offers will be received till the 21st instant by Mr Graham of Limekills near Glasgow. 02/12/1844.
