Unidentified maker.
Find location would suggest Scottish origins but….
My own thoughts are that this says Seafield as in
Seafield Tile & Brick Works, Kincaple, St. Andrews, Fife.
Also this brick is of the same colour, appearance, shape and lettering shape as others in the area eg

Found by Mr Corstorphine at Guardbridge. Seafield Tile & Brick Works, Kincaple, St. Andrews, Fife. This brick is stamped to both sides. This is a lovely crisp brickmark but I also believe this example may be a Seafield too – but an earlier version albeit it is water worn – Seafield. . . .
