Middleton and Company, Coal and Timber Merchants and Brick and Tile Manufacturers, Inverness, and of David Middleton, residing in Inverness, sole Partner of that Firm, as such, and as an Individual. Duncan MacKintosh Commission Agent, Inverness, Trustee on the above Estates, hereby intimates that an account of his intromissions brought down to the 27th ultimo, has been audited by the Commissioners, who have resolved to postpone the declaration of a Dividend until the recurrence of another statutory
