The following items were donated by Harley Marshall, who joined John G Stein at the Castlecary Works in 1949 and thereafter became an Export Manager at the Manuel Works.

The Company are offering Harley Marshall his first job with them as Junior Clerk.
Salary £2 per week.
Office hours Monday to Friday – 0900 – 1700 ( lunch 1215 to 1300). Saturday 0900 – 1145.
It should be understood that these are definite starting and stopping times and must be adhered to.
Holidays – 2 weeks holidays in the summer plus 1 day for each year’s service with a maximum of 3 weeks, plus usual factory holidays.
Notice – 2 weeks notice on either side is required to terminate the engagement.
You will be required to attend Continuation Classes.
