1855 – 1857 – ScotlandsPlaces – Knockjarder Tileworks, Dalrymple, East Ayrshire. Tileworks worked by steam having an engine of ten horsepower. Property of the Marquis of Ailsa and carried on by a foreman placed on the works occupying a dwelling house attached.
