Found by Jocelyn Decoste in Montreal, Canada.

Jocelyn states ” I found it myself at my home in Cartierville, Montreal, Canada. The brick was in the backyard under the balcony with other extra brick from the house, which was built in 1949. Cartierville was part of the village of Saint-Laurent on the island of Montreal and became a city in 1906. It is now part of Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough of the city of Montreal”

Believed to have been manufactured by Eglinton Silica bricks – Scotch Steel Makers – patent chrome ore bricks and patent alumina bricks – The Eglinton Chemical Company, 27 St Vincent Street, Glasgow.
