18/11/1865 – Hamilton Advertiser – Skellyton Collieries. Best composition bricks sold by Messrs Hamilton and McCulloch at 20s per 1000, fire clay bricks at 38s per 1000. Fire clay pavement in proportion.

16/12/1865 – Hamilton Advertiser – Larkhall. Skellyton Collieries. Best composition bricks sold by Messrs Hamilton and McCulloch at 23s per 1000, fire clay bricks at 38s per 1000. Fire clay pavement in proportion.
