WD with an elongated diamond design between the initials.

Unidentified maker.

Find location would suggest Scottish origins but …

See this link regarding a similar brick found in Australia.

There is a suggestion from Australian brick collectors that this WD brick with the central diamond logo was manufactured in Australia by the Federal Steam and Brickworks, W Woodham but I am a little dubious of this. Hopefully, clarification and confirmation can be found.
